Falcon Finance's Oct 29 unlock: 3.3 days of volume in one morning
Falcon Finance releases 203,055,556 FF on October 29, 6.07% of circulating supply and about $20.0 million at today's price — roughly 3.3 trading days of volume arriving in one morning. The ratio is the story, not the token count.
What could go wrong
Two of the four tranches cannot be verified against anything. Falcon's published tokenomics assigns a 12-month cliff and 36-month vesting to exactly two allocations — Core Team and Early Contributors at 20%, and Investors at 4.5%. The Ecosystem allocation (35%) and the Foundation allocation (24%) carry no published vesting terms. Together they account for 135,000,000 of the 203,055,556 released on October 29. Two thirds of the unlock rests on third-party schedules, not on the project's own document.
The trackers disagree, and the disagreement is not small. Reported totals for October 29 run 75,000,000, 203,055,556, about 208,000,000, and 211,388,889. The percentage-of-circulating figure appears as both 6.07% and 6.62%, which turns out to be a denominator problem: the higher figure implies a circulating base near 3.14 billion against the 3.343 billion that CoinGecko, TokenPost and Falcon's own vesting page all report. A reader checking this post against a price aggregator may find a different number than the one here, and should.
The liquidity ratio cuts both ways. 3.3 days of volume is a real overhang, but a thin book is also a book that can gap up. This is not a directional call.
The macro calendar lands on top of the unlock. The FOMC decision comes October 28, with CME FedWatch showing roughly 90% odds of a hold in the 3.75%–4.00% range. Q3 GDP and September PCE both print on October 29 — unlock morning — alongside the ECB decision, and Coinbase and Strategy report Q3 after the close the same day. An unlock hitting a thin order book on PCE morning is a worse setup than the unlock alone.
The market is already weak. Bitcoin is below $80,000 and Ethereum below $2,350, a fourth consecutive week of decline. The Fear and Greed Index reads 48, down from 55 a week ago and 70 a month ago.
The schedule is long. 34 monthly dates remain from October 29, 28 of them at the full 203,055,556, dropping to 128,055,556 from February 2029 once the ecosystem tranche ends. End dates are reported as July 2029 and September 2029 depending on the source. This is a finite curve with a published end, which is more than most unlock stories offer — but it is a long one.

The data
FF against the two benchmarks, same measure, same day. Drawdown from all-time high is used rather than a trailing return because FF has no CryptoBull call history before today — there is no shared window to compare returns over.

The thesis
Most unlock posts cannot be checked. This one can, in part. That is the whole reason FF is here rather than the larger unlocks landing the same week.
Falcon publishes a 20% core-team allocation and a 4.5% investor allocation, each with a 12-month cliff and 36-month vesting. Divide those by 36 and you get 55,555,556 and 12,500,000 — the exact monthly tranches the schedules report. A reader can do that arithmetic against Falcon's own tokenomics page in under a minute. That property is rare, and it is what separates this from the unlock posts built entirely on calendar aggregators that disagree with each other.
The reconcilable portion is also the portion that matters most for price. 68,055,556 FF of insider supply — 2.04% of circulating, about $6.70 million, a little over one day of volume — goes to holders whose cost basis is a 2025 private round or a team grant. The ecosystem and foundation tranches are larger but are likelier to sit in treasury than to hit a bid, and nothing published lets anyone verify which.
The second supporting fact is that the curve ends. 34 monthly dates, a step down to 128,055,556 once the ecosystem tranche concludes, and a stated terminal date. Most unlock schedules on assets this size are open-ended or undisclosed.
What would falsify this. Three things, specifically:
Falcon publishes ecosystem and foundation vesting terms that contradict the 75,000,000 and 60,000,000 tranches. The reconciliation argument is a claim about two tranches only. If the other two turn out to be wrong, the 203,055,556 figure goes with them and the post's central number is a third-party construction.
The October 29 release clears without a price effect. If 6.07% of circulating supply absorbs into a $6 million book with no visible impact, the liquidity ratio was not the binding constraint and the framing was wrong.
Daily volume keeps rising. Volume has already moved from the $5.5 million reported on October 20 to $6.0–6.4 million today. At $10 million of turnover the ratio falls to two days and stops being interesting.
Track record
CryptoBull has published Hot Coins calls since 2017. The strongest on ATH return from the original call date: LINK +4,796% from $1.08 in January 2018, NANO +4,603% from $0.80 in December 2017, HNT +3,990% from $1.35 in November 2020. Every call, including the ones that went to zero, is on the Hot Coins Tracker with its entry price, its all-time high, and its live return.
FF enters with no ATH return. Its all-time high of roughly $0.77 was set on September 29, 2025, thirteen months before this call — a peak nobody acting on this post could have reached. The tracker shows "n/a — ATH predates call" for that row rather than a percentage, because quoting one would be dishonest.
Recent calls in the same unlock-arithmetic series: io.net's unlock and locked supply from October 6.
